In episode 26 you will meet the beautiful, talented & bright Allison DeMarcus. Allison, who lives in Nashville TN, wears a lot of hats or perhaps we should say crowns. She is the Executive Director of the new Miss Tennessee Volunteer pageant. Allison is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Monroe CaRrell Children’s hospital at Vanderbilt. Those two high powered positions can’t touch her most prized role of all, the CEO of the DeMarcus household. Allison, along with her husband Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts, are busy with their two children running from dance classes to the baseball field. Allison shares with us how she manages do get all of it done- from managing the kiddos to explaining why she felt so passionate about standing up to the Miss America Organization and continuing the scholarship pageant on her own terms.
