Episode 104 | Dr. Kim Swales

Dr. Kim Swales | Parenting the Pre-Tween

SO. VERY. THANKFUL.

We are just so very thankful that this podcasts allows us to cross paths with so many amazing people. People that help us style our homes, tell us what products to use on our faces, and how to properly set the table. But the ones that help us parent, and show us empathy that we are doing the very best job we can with the people that are under our roof- those are the life givers. Dr. Kim Swales is a life giver.

Her gentle and poignant advice is laced throughout this episode. You can almost hear Sarah and I with baited breath hanging on every last word she says! 4 pages of notes later, we still don’t feel like we have enough knowledge.

Here’s the deal. No one warned us about the stage. The moodiness. The emotional outbursts. The drama. The friendship pendulum. We knew it was bad as a tween, but we weren’t ready for this. Dr Kim to the rescue!!!! We covered all of the things and more. Trust me, you are going to want to download and save this one- AND send to a friend!
