Clayton White | Southwest: The South’s Best.

We love to travel. And if Southwest Airlines is an option for getting there, that is how we are going to fly.

My friendship with Clayton (Courtney here) started when I was 20 years old a Junior at Mississippi State. I was so drawn to his charisma, personality plus and his drive. You know what it is like to be in your 20’s… changed your major 4 times. Worried about the next date party or what you are wearing to the game on Saturday. Not this guy. He had a plan and stuck to it, and is to this the day most passionate person I have ever met about their place of employment.

But to me, that is what makes Southwest, Southwest. Clayton worked as a gate agent, flight attendant, moved on ti in-flight training, serves on all kinds of special advisory boards and councils within the airline. He wants to understand the entire scope of Southwest, but his dedication to their mission and purpose is on of the reasons that it continues to succeed.

We wanted to bring him on to talk about the company that we love so much and also discuss some of the tales from the airplane! To give us some do’s and don’ts of travel and talk through how much it has changed over the years.
